3. Age Restrictions
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the required age, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ContentLab, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit, post, or transmit through our services.
6. Disclaimers and Warranties
Service Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service operation

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContentLab shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use

- Cost of substitute services or procurement of replacement content
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ContentLab in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Euros (€100), whichever is greater.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
9. Third-Party Interactions
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or enable interactions with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services before engaging with them.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The following provisions apply:
- Jurisdiction: The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms
- Dispute Resolution: Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before litigation
- Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
12. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and ContentLab concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
14. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
15. Survival
All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.
